****Spaghetti Dinner

Here is a very basic vegetarian meal which is inexpensive and tasty! Basic "Old World" style Ragu sauce, with ordinary noodles (we used Ronzoni "Spaghetti-8" last time), and add your favorite breakfast veggie sausage on the side or atop like meatballs. We used "Sausage Patties" from Morningstar Farms and they were delicious, cooked in a pan with some unsalted butter. My youngest daughter smeared it all over her face and loved it! My oldest daughter slurped down noodle-by-noodle!

You could go vegetarian once a week to get your feet wet...

Tillamook cheese is made in Tillamook Oregon - we've visited the factory & they make DELICIOUS cheese.....and ice-cream, yougert, sourcream, etc. I wonder if they sell it in WV?! We use the medium cheddar baby loaf. LOL!
