Yoga For Women
This book was published in 1963, and is an interesting glimpse into the past. The poses are timeless, and there are great descriptions to go along with the many dated (& funny) photographs. Some of the chapters are: Delaying old age, Yoga and sex, Physical and mental hygiene, stretching cycle, balancing poses, etc.
I'm including a picture of a lady doing the raven pose -- How does she do this?!
