***Biscuit Bite Italy Snack

What you'll need:
Pepperoni Slices
2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough
tomato sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can black olives (chopped)
oregano

What to do:

Preheat oven to 350.
Using your hands, flatten each biscuit and place half of them on a baking sheet 1 inch apart. Place sauce, cheese, olives, and a pinch of oregano on top of each biscuit. Using the remaining flattened biscuits, cover the loaded biscuits. Use a fork to seal the edges of the two layers together. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. These are quick & tasty snacks that the kids can help you make. My family loves pizza and this is a fun twist on an old favorite.
