Ok, most of you already know that we recently celebrated our anniversary. Here's a photo just before going out to dinner at Richard's. We hadn't been there before, and were pleasantly surprised that they had a special vegetarian menu. I had: Carrot Ginger Soup, and Spinach & Artichoke Raviolis (hand made pasta with a tomato vodka cream sauce, and the day's fresh vegetable -- which was asparagus. Art had: Salad, and Avocado Risotto Cake (avocado risotto cake & fried tofu wasabi & lemon aiolis, & again the asparagus) We shared a bottle of red and enjoyed the evening on the patio.
