On The Road Again!

Our bags were packed and the girls were buckled in.....and we had to say good-bye to the lovely beach house.












Abi was up for the new adventure.













We headed South toward Tillamook, and all along the way we saw beautiful vistas like this.












We stopped at Cape Meares State Park. Here is a picture of the Cape Meares Lighthouse, which is the shortest on the Oregon coast. We took the winding stairs to the top although the view wasn't any better than what we could see from the foot path. All of which was amazing.



































Octopus Tree is a most unusual Sitka spruce, and I think worth the hike to see.
